STANDARD RATE

The standard rate has a down payment of 30% at the time of confirmation of the booking and the total balance of the booking within 60 days of the date of arrival. In case of standard fare bookings within 60 days of the date of arrival to confirm the booking will be required payment for the total amount of the booking

DEPOSIT 

Upon arrival at home, a security deposit will be required for any damage caused by the guests during their stay. This deposit may be paid in cash and will be returned at check-out in case no damage is caused. In the event of damages caused, the owner will assess the value of the expense for restoring the damage and will be able to withhold the amount needed

CANCELLATIONS WITH STANDARD RATE

– Within 20 days from the date of booking: 100% refund of the deposit paid

– After the 20th day from the date of booking: 50% refund of the deposit paid

– Within 15 days of arrival no refund

Villa Monika can be booked for at least 3 nights.

In the period of August for minimum 7 nights.

Villa Monika is open all year round

1. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
2. Pets are not allowed
3. No parties
4. The villa can also be suitable for children as long as they are followed and accompanied in the house, in the garden and in the swimming pool.

The standard rate includes:
